What is the typical delivery timeframe for large furniture items?
Standard delivery for in-stock items typically takes 7-14 business days. Custom-made or backordered pieces may take 6-10 weeks depending on the manufacturer and your location.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery which includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials for a flat fee.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Furniture must be in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to large furniture returns, and custom orders are non-refundable.
Are your wood products made from solid wood or veneer?
We offer a curated selection of both. Each product page specifies the materials used; many of our flagship collections are crafted from 100% solid oak, walnut, or mahogany.
Do you provide fabric swatches for upholstered seating?
Absolutely. You can request up to five complimentary fabric or leather swatches through our website to help you visualize the texture and color in your own space.
Does my furniture come with a warranty?
All furniture from The Furniture Gallery includes a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. We also offer extended 5-year protection plans for accidental stains and damage.
