At The Furniture Gallery, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a professional curbside pickup, while smaller decor items can be dropped off at any authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
